Lawyer Michelle Yvonne Linka LL.B.
Michelle attended the York University Fine Arts Music Program prior to obtaining her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008. Since then, Michelle has primarily practiced personal injury litigation, and is devoted to obtaining outstanding results for her clients.
Michelle has always had an interest in fighting for the disadvantaged as well as exploring alternative dispute resolution. While in law school, Michelle was a member of the Innocence Project, volunteer for the Community Legal Aid Services Program and volunteer mediator for Conflict Mediation Services of Downsview.
As a devoted and loving mother, Michelle understands how devastating an accident can be for the entire family. She makes it her priority to help her clients get back to as close to a normal life as possible and receive all of the benefits available to help the injured person and their family to get through the recovery process.

Paralegal Natasha Russell
Natasha graduated from Humber College in 2007 with a Law Clerk Diploma. In 2011 she graduated from Herzing College and successfully obtained her Paralegal Licence in 2012 after writing the Law Society of Upper Canada entrance exam.
Natasha has been involved in personal injury litigation since 2007, focusing on accident benefits claims and claims for short and long term disability. During her career, she has been responsible for commencing administrative proceedings involving Mediations, Pre-Hearings and Hearings with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. She has also appeared before the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Canadian Pension Plan Disability Review Tribunal.
Natasha has experience in managing her own files and has successfully negotiated settlements for her clients. She understands what a family goes through after being involved in an accident and has a vested interest for her client’s wellbeing.
In her spare time she likes to travel, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Articling Student Bhavpreet Saini
Bhavpreet recently obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa. He is currently on track to complete his Law Society of Ontario licensing requirements and hopes to become a licensee in 2021. Previously, he graduated from the University of Toronto with a Honours Bachelor of Arts in 2013.
As a law student, Bhavpreet has worked in a multi-discipline law firm during his summers. He has had the opportunity of experiencing many areas of law, including criminal, family, small claims, and civil litigation. Bhavpreet has developed an interest in civil litigation; he finds it to be a rewarding area and enjoys helping clients understand and implement the law. Having previously worked in many client-facing and customer experience roles, Bhavpreet understands the importance of effective communication and putting the client first.
In his spare time, Bhavpreet enjoys working on his car, hitting the gym, or staying in and reading a good book.
Legal Assistant Ashley Cousins
Ashley graduated from York University in 2019 with two Honours Degrees and a Professional Certificate, in legal studies. Ashley has a passion for law and is continually increasing her knowledge that will enhance her ability to help clients.
Ashley supports Linka Law with legal and administrative tasks, including preparing documents, booking examinations, keeping client files up to date and organized, and handling the daily operations and duties. With over ten years of experience in customer service management, Ashley is dedicated to building and maintaining client relationships.
In Ashley’s spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, travelling and spending time with friends and family.
